Return & Refund Policy - Zoe by Sisters FZ LLC

At Zoe by Sisters, we want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason you’d like to make a return, our process is designed to be simple and effortless.

We believe fashion should always feel right because your happiness matters and style should never be a compromise.

Free returns are available across the UAE.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

1.2 Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and clean, with the original Zoe by Sisters pink tag attached.

1.3 All products must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and tags.

1.4 If your order included a gift, it must also be returned in its original condition.

2. Return Process

2.1 All return requests must be submitted directly through Zoe by Sisters.

2.2 Returns arranged independently with a courier are the customer’s responsibility and may incur additional charges.

2.3 Zoe by Sisters operates online only — we do not have a physical store.

2.4 Items purchased through our official website cannot be returned or refunded through resellers.

2.5 Products purchased from third-party platforms must be returned through their respective return process.

3. Refunds & Vouchers

3.1 Refund Methods

The refund method depends on the original payment method used at checkout:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued as vouchers.
Bank Card: The amount will be refunded to the same card. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
PayPal: Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account.
Tabby: Refunds will be issued to your Tabby account.

Note: Cash on Delivery orders cannot be refunded in cash. Refunds will be issued as a voucher only.
