1. Delivery Speeds & Attempts (UAE Orders)

1.1 UAE Standard Delivery (Next Day)

  • Packages are delivered the next business day after your order is confirmed, if placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and delivered the next working day.
  • The Zoe by Sisters team is continuously working to expand and enhance our shipping services. We are committed to offering customers more flexible and convenient delivery options in the near future.

1.2 Delivery Attempts

  • Up to three (3) delivery attempts will be made for next-day deliveries.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery or collection option.

2.3 Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery is not available for international shipments.

  • Customs policies differ across countries.
  • All applicable fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

3. General Terms & Conditions

  1. By placing an order, you accept Zoe by Sisters’ shipping and delivery terms.
  2. Ensure your email and mobile number are correct to avoid delays.
  3. Zoe by Sisters reserves the right to accept or decline orders based on internal policies.
  4. Orders requiring special handling or exceeding standard limits may incur additional shipping charges; customers will be informed before the invoice is issued.
  5. Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the delivery address is accurate; incorrect addresses may result in lost packages.
  2. Zoe by Sisters cannot reimburse packages sent to the wrong address.

5. Additional Information

  1. Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weekends, Ramadan, seasonal demand, or during sales and promotional periods, when high order volumes may cause longer delivery times.
